General Work Terms and Client Responsibilities

1. General Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by CRE8MOTION, namely:

• Development of websites, landing pages, and logos;
• Creation of visual identity and branding materials;
• Social media management and content creation;
• Paid traffic management and digital advertising campaigns;

• Consulting sessions and digital products.
  For clients with signed contracts, the conditions outlined in those formal agreements shall always prevail.

2. Web Development and Branding

The Client is solely responsible for providing all content (text, images, logos, etc.) and for ensuring they have the legal rights to use such materials. CRE8MOTION is not liable for any data loss prior to the project start or for copyright infringements.
Projects are executed in phases, and each phase only begins upon payment and approval of the previous one. The Client is entitled to revisions during each phase; if no feedback is given within 7 business days, the phase will be considered approved.
Ownership of the developed materials (design, code, etc.) is transferred to the Client only after full payment is received. CRE8MOTION reserves the right to include completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

3. Social Media Management and Paid Traffic

These services are governed by a formal contract; however, the following general guidelines apply:

• The Client agrees to provide all necessary access, information, and materials for service execution;
• CRE8MOTION does not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of sales) but works with a focus on performance and continuous improvement;
• Performance reports are delivered according to the frequency agreed in the contract.

4. Consulting, Free Sessions, and Digital Products

Diagnostic sessions, free consultations, and products such as e-books or mini-courses are subject to the following terms:

• Booking a session does not establish a binding contractual relationship;
• CRE8MOTION reserves the right to decline or reschedule sessions when necessary;
• All content provided in these services is for informational purposes and does not replace professional advice.
  
  

5. Payments and Cancellations

All payments must be made in accordance with the accepted proposal or contract.
Cancellations made by the Client after project initiation will incur a charge proportional to the work completed. Non-payment may result in project suspension or legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

CRE8MOTION shall not be held liable for:

• Failures or interruptions in third-party services (e.g., Meta Ads, hosting, plugins);
• Incorrect data provided by the Client;

• Indirect or unforeseen consequences resulting from the use of the services.

7. Legal Provisions

All services are subject to Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the CRE8MOTION’s registered address, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Terms Updates
